Have been dying to visit and finally while back in SA we got around to it. It definitely did not disappoint. The service was excellent with very friendly and welcoming staff. A special shout out to Dian for the awesome service. We really enjoyed the coffee and the food. Wish we stayed closer as there are so many other things we would like to try. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic experience at West Cafe in Pretoria! I tried the chicken and biltong sandwich along with scrambled eggs, and both were absolutely delicious. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was top-notch — really friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere of the cafe is welcoming, and I love that they offer a comfortable space to work with free Wi-Fi. I also appreciate that they’re not affected by load shedding, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food, music, and a relaxing environment!

Great place, lovely food and friendly staff. I visited the place with my friends on a girls’ night out and had a fantastic time. Gracious, our waitress made the experience even better. Served us with patience and a smile. The food is to die for and the vibe is really nice.

West Cafe is a gem – warm, welcoming, and full of character. The atmosphere is cozy, with friendly staff and a great community vibe. The mozzarella sticks are perfectly crispy and gooey, the loaded fries are next-level comfort food, and the milkshakes are thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Quiz Night is always a blast – fun, friendly, and full of laughs. It’s a great way to spend an evening with friends or meet new faces. The new Billy Boys extension is a brilliant addition – offering fresh energy while keeping the charm of West Cafe alive. It’s the perfect place to relax, eat well, and enjoy good company. Highly recommend

Had a lovely brunch at West Café ☕️🥐. The food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. A special shout-out to our waitress, Viki, who was absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Will definitely be back!

LOVED West Cafe! The vibes, the ambiance, all of the above. Victory is an incredible waitress. My food and beverages came hot and on time and she was extremely attentive! I am definitely coming back again soon!

Came here for The Quiz night on Tuesday with a bunch of friends. This is the place to be for a wonderful, atmospheric environment with friends, family, and acquaintances! Music is banging, food is hot and delicious. The service is quick and efficient. The servers make sure to listen, they are kind and speedy. It is a lovely place to have fun, relax, do some work, or meet new people. This is a fun hang-out place for the young and old. Lovely decor and seating.

We were supposed to meet for coffee and cake, but the milktart waffles sounded too good to be true! And they were fantastic! This was a first visit but definitely not the last. Thank you so much for making our birthday outing special!

A special shout-out must go to the Tuscan twist bagel. It was a game-changer a unique and inspired creation that perfectly balanced the classic comfort of a bagel with the savory, aromatic notes of Tuscan cuisine. It was an unexpected delight and a testament to the chef's creativity. This restaurant is a gem, offering a perfect blend of exceptional service, a fantastic atmosphere, and truly delicious food. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience. We will definitely be back!

I came on a birthday date with my wife. It was our first time and it was absolutely amazing. Our waiter, Witness, was on the mark and his recommendations were amazing. If you are a burger lover, they have a Killer Smash burger too die for (Double The Brisket). Do yourselves a favour and check them out as they offer all things from breakfast, to lunch and Gelato on the go. We're definitely coming back!
